My aunt Lydia wanted a portrait, and I wanted to test my new background system. I’m really happy with it – no more background wrinkles!

Water depth was around 20 cm(0.4 inches). It hurt a lot. Just kidding – this is probably my first real photo manipulation. I’m just starting to explore the world of digital post-production. The girl in the picture is my girlfriend :) She is fine.

I though 365 projects were way too long, so I thought I’ll do a Project 33. Of course, I prepared a nice description, told a couple of my friends I was doing this project, even created a flickr group and had few members join in. But after 3 days I just couldn’t do a new photo. Fail :) Anyway, I’m pretty happy with these 3 photos I actually did.

I used a Russian Zenit lens (2/58) – I guess its 58mm 2f . It was done hand-held, in the manual mode (with manual focus!).
